Cancellation, Return and Exchange Terms

For sales of agricultural technology products, your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts apply.

Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date you receive the product. You must submit your notice of withdrawal in writing through our contact channels.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

• Products that have been used, damaged or are not in their complete packaging.
• Products made to the customer's specifications or customized.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
• Software, digital content and opened consumables.

Return Process

After your withdrawal notice, the product is returned with its original packaging and accessories. Once the product has been inspected and found eligible for return, your payment is refunded within 14 business days.
