The right of withdrawal, delivery, warranty, return costs and exceptions are set out in the order-specific agreement, according to the product or service sold and the legislation in force on the date of sale. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or to Consumer Courts, within the monetary limits in force.
