This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) to inform visitors who contact us through the Daze Tarım website about how their personal data is processed.

Data We Process

We may process the name, company, email, phone, city, address, product interest, land information, message and application content you share in quote, contact and dealership application forms, as well as your IP address and submission time for transaction security.

Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds

Responding to your requests and questions, preparing product and service quotes, and carrying out pre-contractual processes; KVKK Art. 5/2-c.
Evaluating dealership applications and carrying out customer relations and after-sales processes; legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2-f.
Keeping records, retention and responding to requests from competent authorities as required by legislation; KVKK Art. 5/2-ç.
Ensuring site and form security, preventing misuse and keeping error logs; legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2-f.

Transfer and Retention

Your data may be transferred only to the extent required by the purposes above to authorized employees, service providers such as hosting and email, and legally authorized public institutions. Data is retained for the period required by the relevant purpose and legal obligations; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Data is obtained through electronic forms, email, phone and site security logs, by automated or partially automated means.

Your Rights

You can send your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, including the right to obtain information, request correction, deletion or destruction, learn which third parties data was transferred to, and the other rights set out in the law, to the postal or email address above together with information that verifies your identity.
