New DJI Agricultural Drones Launch Globally with Enhanced SmartFarm App
DJI, the world leader in civilian drones and creative camera technology, today announced the international launch of the Agras T50 and Agras T25 drones. As the newest members of the popular Agras drone series, the T50 offers superior efficiency for larger farmland, while the lightweight T25 provides portability for smaller fields. Both drones are compatible with the enhanced SmartFarm app, which offers powerful features for comprehensive aerial application management.
Yuan Zhang, DJI Agriculture Global Sales Manager, said, "As a global leader in agricultural technology, we aim to advance precision agriculture with the latest DJI Agras drones. To date, DJI agricultural drones have protected more than 980 million mu of land across more than 100 countries and regions. With these proven solutions, farmers and large-scale growers can increase yields, reduce chemical use, and cut costs while minimizing environmental impact."
Better Growth with the Agras T50
With a deep understanding of the demands of large-scale agriculture, the Agras T50 stands out as the flagship of efficiency and stability. Its coaxial twin-rotor design, with 54-inch propellers and a capacity of 40 kg for spraying or 50 kg for spreading, delivers superior stability. The T50's dual atomizing spray system, with two nozzles and a flow rate increased to up to 16 liters per minute, is ideal for a variety of applications. Easily converted to a spreading configuration, the T50 can carry 50 kg of dry granules and spread them at a flow rate of 108 kg per minute. This combination of power, precision, and versatility positions the T50 as the best agricultural drone for the needs of modern farming.
Innovations in Connectivity and Stability
The T50 is equipped with a four-antenna O3 Transmission system that extends the remote controller-to-drone connection to 2 km. For operations in mountains and complex environments, users can extend the transmission range and stability with the DJI Relay, improving operational safety.
Dual Radar and Dual Binocular Vision for Obstacle Avoidance and Terrain Following
The T50 is equipped with dual Active Phased Array Radars and binocular vision sensors. These systems precisely reconstruct the T50's surroundings and detect nearby obstacles, enabling intelligent obstacle sensing and avoidance, as well as terrain following on slopes.
Four-Nozzle Kit
The T50 can be fitted with an additional pair of centrifugal nozzles, raising the flow rate to 24 liters per minute. This is an advantage for tasks such as orchard spraying, which require penetrating dense canopies and treating the front and back surfaces of leaves.
Fast Charging in 9 Minutes
The T50 is powered by the DB1560 Intelligent Flight Battery, with a 30 Ah capacity and 1,500 charge cycles. Paired with the D12000iEP Multifunctional Inverter Generator and an air-cooled heat sink, it charges quickly in 9 minutes, and dual batteries allow uninterrupted operations.
Agras T25 - Precision Agriculture in a Portable Package
The Agras T25 delivers all of the T50's advanced features in a smaller, portable design. With a capacity of 20 kg for spraying or 25 kg for spreading, it includes features such as omnidirectional obstacle avoidance, terrain following, ultra-fast battery charging, one-tap takeoff, and automated operations. This makes the T25 ideal for standalone use on small and medium-sized farms.
DJI SmartFarm - The Essential Agras Companion
The DJI SmartFarm app streamlines daily drone operations with advanced data visualization and reporting for crop protection and field management, a dynamic device management dashboard, and easy access to after-sales support and learning resources in DJI Academy.
Security and Privacy Commitment
DJI gives the highest priority to data privacy and lets customers control how their data is used. No flight logs, photos, or videos are synced to DJI by default. DJI Agras drones are designed to store data locally on the remote controller and the drone. Users must consent to share or store their data on DJI servers.
For users outside mainland China, drone data shared with DJI is hosted on servers in the United States, Japan, and Europe with TLS protection. Personal data shared for account registration is further secured with AES-256 encryption. Users can easily delete the data they have shared through their DJI accounts or by contacting DJI Support.
Since 2017, we have regularly submitted our products to third-party security audits and certifications by firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, FTI Consulting, and Kivu Consulting.
Availability
The Agras T50 and T25 can be reserved starting April 25. Interested buyers can get pricing from local authorized Daze Tarım dealers.
